Our new project was to redesign certain rooms within a 245 sqm 4 Bedroom Duplex Corner Unit. Works to include 3 bathrooms and 1 powder room. New entrance area and painting of the whole unit. Renovation of the stairs, new tiling for the 2 balconies (5 and 8 sqm, Repair of long wall crack at the stairs, Refurbishing/restoring wooden stairs, new skirting and installing new lightning.
