The scope of works was the complete redesign of the interior of the condo. This included: Foyer, kitchen, dining room, and living room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony. Size of condo was 88.5 sq.m. Our American client was recommended to us by a member of The American Embassy in Bangkok. He travels internationally for work and wanted the condo totally designed and then all the construction works completed too. We took care of everything including all the renovation works.
Our construction contractor team worked tirelessly on the condo, taking it back to a bare shell and then doing all the tiling, decoration, built in units, new lighting and plumbing. Our home automation system specialist also helped with all the home systems, internet and lighting systems. He also installed smart home systems as requested by client.
